Hope & Healing

Tote bags curated for a birth mom as she transitions from the hospital after placement.

A woman with hospital wristbands is emotionally embracing someone in a hospital room, her face buried in their arms.

Pilot Program

We are excited to launch our Hope & Healing pilot program alongside our trusted partner agencies. In order to receive tote bags to distribute to birth moms please:

1) Complete this form.

2) You will be emailed an agreement to participate in the pilot program along with a request form for how many tote bags you would like to receive. Please note, you may only request a max of 10 tote bags and this is a first come, first serve basis.

3) Utilize this page to find answer to common questions and additional resources to share.

If you have any further questions, please email amber@bravelove.org

Questions You Might Have

Can we add more items to these tote bags?

Absolutely! If you desire, we would love for you to include information to local resources or additional items to show love and support. Here are some possible ideas:
-Worthy by Courtney Cook
-List of local birth mom support groups
-A picture frame
-A warm blanket

What is expected of our agency?

We ask that these tote bags be distributed to women who have made an adoption plan while they are in the hospital. We also ask that you provide quarterly feedback regarding how many tote bags have been distributed.

What if our agency does not distribute all of the totes we requested in a year's time?

That’s ok! Please hold onto any unused tote bags and distribute as the need arises. Keep us in the loop as to when you are distributing past the one year mark.

Our agency did not receive any of the 250 tote bags from the pilot program. Will you have more in the future?

That is our hope! Please reach out to amber@bravelove.org if you did not receive any tote bags. Our desire is to launch a new round of Hope & Healing Tote Bags in the summer of 2026, if not before!
