Honestly, this is not uncommon when you make really difficult decisions in life. Placing your child for adoption is one of the biggest choices you will make in your life, and feeling regret or doubts about your choice could happen. The key to this is remembering why you made the choice in the first place, remembering how much you love your baby, and how thankful you are for the life they are able to live because of your selfless love.
