"Will I feel guilty for moving forward after placement?"

Throughout your adoption journey you may find yourself feeling guilty in moments of moving forward. Moving forward after placement is part of the process. Remember - you are not moving on from the love you have for your baby, you are just continuing to move on in life. It is almost impossible to anticipate future feelings after signing the relinquishment papers. Moving on can be a sign of healing. Again, it doesn't mean you don't love your child anymore. It is ok to feel happy. Grieving will occur throughout time, but at the end of the day you love your baby and you made a choice for their life and yours.
