Leslie's initial thoughts of adoption were that of resistance and misinformation. She allowed herself the time to explore what adoption could be and was met with the kindness and intentionality of a family who desired to adopt. Over time, Leslie's love for her daughter and her adoptive family has grown into an incredible bond.
