As we've previously discussed (in webisode #4), the adoption process can be overwhelming for those involved.  Specifically for families hoping to adopt, there can be a lot — the paperwork, the waiting, and the expense.  To clarify some of the confusion behind the process, we wanted to talk to adoption professionals we know and trust.  In this webisode, Jennifer Lanter from the Gladney Center for Adoption walks us through what those steps are for prospective adoptive parents.  She specifically addresses the BIG hurdles for a lot of families — the expense and the wait time as it relates to domestic infant adoption.  She also shares her personal experience going through the adoption process as an adoptive mom.
