First, watch this . . .
Unplanned pregnancies happen and every person's story is different, personal and their own. As you watched the video, we hope it expanded your perspective and helped you recognize that we've all been impacted, either directly or indirectly, by the brave love of a birth mother who wanted the best for her child and chose adoption.
It takes a lot of humility, sacrifice and courage to choose adoption when confronted by an unplanned pregnancy. A woman’s decision to place for adoption is not easy and does not mean she did not want or love her child. But sometimes the world says otherwise.
. . .then send a word of encouragement.
Will you encourage a birth mom by sending a positive message her way? It will take only a second for you to fill out this form. Your words could make someone’s day or even change a life.

I am so proud of myself tho. And I answer so many ppls questions and smile and I am very proud and caring when answering ppls rude comments or questions.. but it’s been 4yrs and it’s hitting me pretty hard looking at my other children thinking about my Maggie…
I know that the decision that you made or will make soon is a hard one and is causing or will cause grief. It is akin to the kind of grief that you feel when close family dies or if your best friend moves away. But please trust me when I say that it does get better, or at least, more bearable. Your tears will turn into fond memories. If you get pictures of the child you will experience the same pride and joy that you would if he/she lived with you. You can have hope that one day you might meet in person as adults when that chance is non-existent had you chose abortion. You can be proud of yourself for giving your baby a chance to live well and succeed. There is assurance in the fact that since you carried the baby to term instead of aborting him/her you gave yourself a much healthier choice for your body. (Abortion can cause several health problems – physical, mental, and spiritual. You said NO to these problems.) You have incredibly high parenting standards for your child because you were able to see that you were not able to meet those standards you set for yourself at the present time. This is to be commended and never, not once frowned upon because you put your baby FIRST.
Please know that God loves you and that God appreciates what you have done for his child. And may God bless you all the days of your life for your courage.
